Liability disclaimer
Read this
Davina is general information for people who work in construction. It is not a licensed professional, and it does not replace one.
What Davina is not
Davina is not a qualified person, competent person, signal person, inspector, licensed engineer, electrician, plumber, or the operator of record. It does not approve lifts, circuits, trenches, scaffolds, welds, or structural repairs. It does not stamp drawings.
What you follow instead
Follow the local codes that apply where the work is, the manufacturer's specifications and load charts, the site plan, and the qualified person or licensed engineer responsible for the work. If those sources disagree with an answer, they win.
Life safety
Crane failure, rigging failure, shock, arc flash, falls, cave-ins, gas, fire, and confined spaces can kill. If you are not qualified for the hazard in front of you, stop. A photo in the app is not an inspection.
Numbers
Calculators do arithmetic you can check. They are not a design, an ampacity table, a mix design, or a bid. Do not order steel, wire, or concrete from a phone result without checking it.
No employer rules
Davina does not know, and should not be given, any specific employer's procedures. General trade practice is all it has.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Davina Homes LLC is not liable for injury, death, delay, or property damage from using or not using an answer. See the Terms of Use. This page is a draft for lawyer review.
