No. Use the access the scaffold is built with.
Scaffold questions before the boards go up
Footings, plumb, a real ladder or stair, and guardrails. Do not mix frames because the pins almost fit.
- Confirm a competent person is part of the scaffold work.
- Set mud sills or a base the manufacturer accepts. Plumb the frames.
- Deck it fully and give people a way up that is not the cross braces.
- Ties and guys are what the manual calls for, not a spacing you remember.
