Can Davina give me the supply-air temperature or the floor height?
No. Those are on the drawings and in the manufacturer’s data. A number from memory is not a design.
Use this before you open gear or a coolant fitting on a data hall that is still a construction site. It is not a commissioning script. Davina will not invent a temperature, a raised-floor height, a leak limit, or a redundancy level.
OSHA’s construction electrical rules live in 1926 Subpart K. The agency’s construction electrical page also points to Subpart V for electric power transmission and distribution, which is a different class of work than building wiring. If the task is line work, it is not a panel task.
Prove absence of voltage the way you were trained: known live source, the conductors, then the meter again. If you are not qualified for that equipment, you do not open it.
OSHA cites 1926.21(b)(2) for the employer’s duty to instruct each employee in the hazards of the job. That instruction is the employer’s class for this site, not a card you bought somewhere else.
New AI halls are not all built the same way. On November 2, 2026, Construction World reported that L&T’s Vyoma.AI had started a 52 MW hall in Chennai using direct-to-chip liquid cooling, on a campus that already had a 30 MW hall and 150 MVA of power infrastructure ready. The same day, the Korea Times reported that Samsung SDS broke ground in Gumi on a hall planned for 60 MW, expandable to 120 MW, with air cooling on ordinary network and storage servers and liquid cooling on the dense GPU area.
Use those stories as a picture of the work, not as a specification. The cooling type, the fluid, and the pressures are whatever this project’s drawings and the manufacturer say. Do not open a loop, a CDU, or a hose because it looks like a CRAC or a chilled-water coil you have seen before.
Davina does not have a standard raised-floor height or a tile load rating to give you. Both come from this project’s drawings. A cut tile is a hole. Do not leave it open and do not walk a path the plan does not allow.
A white floor does not mean the building is turned over. Until the contractor says the room is accepted, it is still a construction site: falls, hot work, and stored energy still count. Do not sign a commissioning sheet for a number you did not measure.
No. Those are on the drawings and in the manufacturer’s data. A number from memory is not a design.
No. The Samsung project reported on November 2, 2026 uses air on some servers and liquid on the GPU area. Read this project’s drawings.
